Ingredients and Variations

Tortellini – Frozen cheese tortellini are easy to find in most grocery stores. They’re tasty, so why fuss with making from fresh? You could substitute chicken or beef stuffed tortellini if you desire, or even mini ravioli.

Chicken – Any kind of cooked poultry can be used for this recipe. Dark and white meat from a rotisserie chicken is easy to shred or chop. Or make this recipe with leftover holiday ham or turkey!

Sauce – Make this dinner easy with delicious alfredo sauce from a jar. If you’re feeling ambitious, make your own homemade alfredo from scratch!

Broccoli – Fresh is best when it comes to broccoli, but this chicken tortellini recipe is all about fuss-free meal prep, so go ahead and use a package of frozen florets. Once it’s cooked in the cheese sauce, no one will know the difference! Or switch it up with some spinach for a dish with a more chicken florentine feel.
